Change comes within.
I suppose you find your ‘Why’, your reason why you want to change. If don’t, find it. No matter how hard it is. Never, never, never give up.
It can be something big or small. It doesn’t matter. What is matters is that you know it, feel it, wake up and go to bad with it and, essentially, take actions to make it happen. Everyday. Every moment. Every now and than.
Start from something small.
You’ve planned your day. Week. Month. Years. Let’a say you want to be ‘successful’ in financial terms. You choose to have X amount in cash. Imagine yourself having what you want a week/month/year/10 years from now/your lifetime.
Now, the game begins.
Have you heard about reverse engineering?
You imagine a product (yourself) in the end stage (before so-called ‘release’) than you get back to present and start to build it (product / yourself ). Be specific about what you needs and wants are. ‘I want to be able to do X n times/ to have B by L date/ etc. “
Clarity is power.
Keep your wishes as simple as possible, but not simpler.
Now, divide your ‘goal’ by two in terms of time and your goal (50 one arm push-ups / 2 = 25 by 10years / 2 = 5). Do this over and over again until you get to this moment.
Ask yourself :
- What’s the ONE Thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?
- What’s the ONE Thing I can do such by doing it I’ll move one step closer to my goal?
- What do I need to know to accomplish this goal?
- What will it take? What am I going to sacrifice to achieve it?
To have something you need to give something. Everything has its price. Whether it’s time, money, efforts, etc.
- What skills do I need to develop?
- What experts can I talk to that will give me some insight?
- Who can I talk to who has done it before?
- Who can I learn from?

Find your ONE thing that will give you the biggest outcome & move you to your goals quicker & more efficiently.
Humans love wishful thinking. You aren’t here for just wishing for something. Now, as you have a clear vision, a clear goal of what it is that you want, it’s time to act.
Act. Change. Improve.
Reverse engineering can apply to anything.
Ex. You want to prepare some meal, you find a recipe, an end result. You use it. Sometimes you don’t get the exact one. It’s ok. Don’t be too hard on yourself.
The more you practice consciously(!) and consistently(!), the better you’ll be at it.
Don’t forget to learn on the way, after every successes and failures. It’s super important.
One final word: try to make your first step as simple as possible. If you want to do 10 push ups, make just one or even lay down on the floor. Get to push up position. So one push up.
Chances are you’ll end up doing more.
